"Essentially Cooking"

7 days and 6 nights

 

This is a week dedicated to good food, with cooking lessons, several meals in restaurants, and tasting sessions. How to loose weight, feel well and eat gourmet cuisine. You will know everything about the “French paradox”. But we also will enjoy visits.

Your arrival, and first day

At your arrival, usually in the morning, we will be waiting for you either at Nice Airport, or at Cannes train station, and will drive you to the villa. If you arrive by car, you will receive precise driving directions.

After some rest , and lunch, we will visit a nearby village.
Greeting cocktail and Dinner at home

 

Second day ; Visit of Grasse and cooking lesson

We will start the day by a visit to a perched village over Grasse, and will continue to Grasse itself for a lunch in a bistro on the market place, a look to the historic part of the city, and a private visit of a perfume factory. After shopping for the dinner, back home for a cooking lesson Dinner at home

Third day : Some villages and cooking lesson

You will discover Biot, a village with lots of artisans, and especially glass blowers. We will visit a workshop, and you certainly will be interested by these special glasses. Then, we will drive to Valbonne, for a lunch, and buy what we need for the dinner at the farm market. On our way back home, we will have a stop at a perched village, unknown of the tourists Cooking lesson Dinner at home

Fourth day: Cooking lesson and Cannes

A quiet morning at home, around the swimming pool, shopping for fresh fruits and vegetables at the market and cooking lesson Lunch at home After lunch, we will go to Cannes, for some shopping, or visit, or if you prefer, relaxing time on the beach. A drink on the Croisette. Dinner in the old part of Cannes.

Fifth day : Nice and Monaco

We will go to Nice, for a visit of the historic part of the city, and the flower market, where we will have lunch In the afternoon, a quick ride to Monaco, with visit, of the Prince Palace, and to finish the day…. Dinner in a **** Restaurant to appreciate a famous chef’s cuisine

Sixth day : Cooking lesson and Antibes

We will go to the farm market to buy what we need for a cooking lesson Lunch at home In the afternoon we will go to Antibes to visit the Musee Picasso, the harbor, and we will finish the day by a Dinner in Antibes

Seventh day : Au Revoir

We will drive you back to the airport or the train station.
