RESERVATIONS and DEPOSITS
Because we only receive a limited number of guests, early reservations
are essential and encouraged. A non-refundable deposit of US$
500.00 per person and per session is required at the time of registration.
The deposit may be made by check or money order in U.S. dollars
to Alma International LLC. or by credit card such as Visa, Mastercard,
or American Express. Your payment is not deemed made until it
is received. The deposit is part of your final payment.
Full payment is due at least 90 days prior to your scheduled arrival.
We reserve the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation
charges should payment not be received within the above-specified
period. If the reservation is made within 90 days prior to your
scheduled arrival full payment is required at the time of booking.
All bookings are subject to availability.
If for any reason, a session needs to be cancelled by Alma international LLC, you will be immediately notified, and your deposit or payment will be totally refunded.
PRICES
The prices are per person in a double occupancy room. There will
be an extra charge (US$ 500.00) for single occupancy.
All prices are guaranteed upon receipt of full payment prior to
departure.
Special price will be studied if you wish to book 2 consecutive
sessions.
TOUR PRICE INCLUDES
. Transfer from and to Nice Airport or Cannes train station. There
is no refund if you do not use these transfers.
· All the touring transportation
· Entrance fees to places of interest visited as stated
on the selected program
· Accommodations in a bedroom with private bath
· Continental breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and drinks
during meals
TOUR PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE
· Items of personal nature (phone calls, items not on planned
menu, personal expenses...)
· Optional activities
· Comprehensive travel insurance, highly recommended
· Gratuities
FORMS OF PAYMENT
Checks or money orders (in U.S. dollars), Master Card, Visa, American
Express.
CANCELLATION FEES AND REFUNDS
Cancellations are very costly and generally do not allow time
for reselling the cancelled tour. If cancellation is received
at least 70 days prior to your scheduled arrival complete refund
will be provided, minus U.S.$400.00 (covering process of letters,
phone calls, cancellation orders, adjustments, etc....)
For cancellations received between 70 and 40 days prior to your
scheduled arrival a 50% refund of the total payment, minus U.S.$400.00
will be provided.
For cancellations within 40 days prior to your scheduled arrival
there will be no refund.
Notice of cancellation should be made in writing and sent to our
address. Only the delivery day will be considered.
There will be no refunds for late arrival or early departure or
missed or unused services. A change of date or within 70 days
prior to scheduled arrival will be considered as a cancellation
and a new booking
